Corporate Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Being responsible for the revenue, customer experience and operations of 20-30 facilities in a region.
- Managing a team of 30-50 people directly and indirectly.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key partners, stakeholders and other relevant people and businesses in the region.
- Use technology and inhouse product team to solve problems at scale.
- Be responsible for hiring, onboarding and team management overall.
- Take complete ownership of venue operations, hygiene, branding and maintenance of the= sports facilities.
- Develop processes, policies and systems to operate the business smoothly.
- Develop and submit business and data reports to upper management.
- Develop an expertise in sports infra.
- Develop an expertise in Hudle consumer and partner apps.
- Represent Hudle with high ownership, integrity and professionalism.
- Developing strategies to improve the top and bottom line of the business PnL.
- Developing unique insight about consumers, sports communities, partners and overall region.
- Achieve operational excellence using people, processes & tools.
- Become a people, time, task & resource management master.
