Purchase Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Source and procure raw materials, components, and finished goods required for LED lighting production.
• Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best pricing, quality, and delivery terms.
• Maintain and update the procurement database, including vendor details, pricing, and stock levels.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure uninterrupted supply of materials.
• Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, cost, and delivery reliability.
• Coordinate with production and warehouse teams for material requirements and delivery schedules.
• Prepare and maintain purchase orders, invoices, and related documentation.

Stay updated on market trends and identify potential new suppliers.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the LED lighting or electronics industry.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of LED lighting components and industry trends will be an added advantage.
