Job Description
Job Description:
- Configure and implement billing workflows, including payment schedules and invoicing rules.
- Develop and enhance billing rules and calculations in Duck Creek Billing.
- Optimize billing operations by resolving system bottlenecks and defects.
- Provide technical support for billing-related issues and incidents.
- Perform unit testing and regression testing of billing configurations.
- Integrate billing data with upstream and downstream systems.
- Ensure accurate reporting and reconciliation of financial transactions.
