Job Description
We are actively seeking a skilled SAP CRM Technical Consultant with an experience of 3-6 years, specializing in SAP CRM ABAP and SAP CRM Service module. The ideal candidate will play a key role in customizing, developing, and optimizing SAP CRM solutions, particularly within the Service module
Requirements:
- Should have 3-6 years of hands-on technical consulting experience in SAP CRM 7.0 or higher versions technical consulting.
- High proficiency in SAP CRM ABAP programming and customization.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP CRM Service module functionalities and processes.
- Expertise in SAP CRM middleware, data transfer, and integration techniques.
- Familiarity with SAP CRM Web UI, enhancement frameworks, and BAdIs.
- Relevant certifications in SAP CRM or ABAP are a plus.
- Experienced in customizing and developing SAP CRM solutions with a strong emphasis on the Service module.
- Works closely with business users and IT professionals to gather requirements and deliver tailored SAP CRM solutions.
- Performs system enhancements, support, and optimization activities within the SAP CRM environment.
- Troubleshoots and resolves technical issues to ensure smooth CRM functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules and middleware.
