Job Description
- We are seeking an Peoplesoft HCM Developer with minimum 4 to 7 years of experience on the latest People tools technologies including Fluid pages development.
- Requirements. Responsible for understanding the software requirements and developing it into a working source code accordingly.
- Actively involved in requirement analysis, software design, effort estimation, development and code review processes.
- Provide the team with technically-sound solutions as well as solve technical challenges and understand the functional scope.
- Must have strong PeopleSoft techno-functional expertise in HCM 9.2 modules, including Core HR and Position Management, Global Payroll, ESS/MSS functionality, and HR Administration.
- Desirable to have PeopleSoft techno-functional knowledge in Payroll Interface Configuration and Global Absence Management (HCM 9.2).
- Must have successfully completed at least three full-cycle projects in these modules and be capable of working independently.
- Required PeopleSoft technical expertise in tools such as People Code, Application Designer, Application Engine (AE), Component Interface (CI), SQL, Fluid development and tiles, AWE, BI Publisher Reports, and Application Packages.
- Experience with Integration Broker, API development, SQR, Data Migration, and full implementation life cycles is a plus.
