Workday Integration Developer

Role & responsibilities

• Strong proficiency in Workday integration tools, including Workday Studio, Workday EIB, Workday Cloud Connect, and Workday Web Services.
• Experience with middleware and integration platforms such as Google APIGEE, Fusion, Webmethods or similar tools is a plus.
• Solid understanding of web services, APIs, XML, XSLT, and other integration technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Good to have Workday Integration certification
• Proven experience working on enterprise programs or solutions.
• Understanding of access control principles, authentication mechanisms, and data protection is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Design and develop integration solutions between Workday and other enterprise systems using Workday Studio, Workday EIB, Workday Cloud Connect, Orchestrate and other integration tools.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure the reliability, performance, and security of integration solutions by following best practices and industry standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in a timely manner, providing support and guidance to other team members as needed.
• Maintain and enhance existing integrations to accommodate changes in business processes and system upgrades.
• Document integration designs, processes, and configurations to ensure knowledge transfer and continuity.
• Stay current with Workday updates, new features, and industry trends to continuously improve integration solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior integration developers and other team members.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, emerging threats, and mitigation techniques related to the Workday program.
• Leverage our system implementer to build expertise and drive right global design..
