Job Description:

Role Summary:

We are looking for a skilled .NET Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable and robust enterprise applications using the .NET framework. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in .NET technologies, cloud platforms, and modern architectural patterns. They will play a pivotal role in responding to RFPs, developing POCs, and guiding development teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Architecture and Design:
• Define and implement scalable, maintainable, and secure architectures using .NET Core/.NET Framework.
• Design microservices and distributed systems with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Develop reusable components and frameworks to accelerate development processes.
• Ensure proper integration of .NET applications with databases, APIs, and third-party systems.
2. Technical Leadership:
• Provide technical direction to development teams, ensuring best practices and coding standards are adhered to.
• Conduct code and design reviews to ensure quality and compliance with architecture standards.
• Mentor and train team members on .NET best practices and modern development techniques.
3. RFPs and POCs:
• Contribute to RFP responses by creating technical proposals, architecture diagrams, and implementation plans for .NET-based solutions.
• Develop POCs to demonstrate feasibility, innovation, and technical capabilities to clients.
4. Monitoring and Optimization:
• Define and implement tools for monitoring application health, logging, and performance metrics.
• Optimize application performance by identifying and resolving bottlenecks in the code and infrastructure.
5. Collaboration and Documentation:
• Work closely with product managers, stakeholders, and UX teams to ensure technical solutions align with business needs.
• Create detailed technical documentation, including architecture blueprints, API documentation, and deployment guides.

Required Skills:

• .NET Framework:
• Proficiency in .NET Core, .NET Framework, C#, and ASP.NET MVC/Web API.
• Hands-on experience with Entity Framework, LINQ, and ORM tools.
• Cloud Platforms:
• Experience with cloud platforms like Azure (preferred), AWS, or GCP.
• Familiarity with Azure services such as App Services, Functions, Blob Storage, and Azure DevOps.
• Frontend Integration:
• Understanding of frontend technologies such as Angular, React, or Blazor for full-stack development.
• Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript for frontend integration.
• Database and Storage:
• Expertise in relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cosmos DB).
• DevOps and CI/CD:
• Proficiency in setting up CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
• Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Security and Performance:
• Knowledge of OWASP security practices and secure coding standards.
• Experience in performance optimization, caching mechanisms, and load balancing.

Additional Skills:

• Experience with message queues (RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus).
• Familiarity with serverless architecture and event-driven systems.
• Knowledge of AI/ML integration in .NET applications.
• Understanding of multi-tenant application design and SaaS architectures.
