Job Description
- Good understanding of OSI model /Conceptual framework.
- Competent to troubleshoot and able to determine anywhere the issue will be in OSI model, escalate appropriately and creating an incident.
- Understanding of coding for example Java/.NET, Python, Groovy and PowerShell scripting, and be able to review Java logging.
- Basic understanding of SQL; should be able to run queries for troubleshooting issues and have good knowledge of DB2 and MS SQL.
- Experience in troubleshooting integrations/API and MQ/APIs.
- Good understanding of FTP applications, scripting for outbound SFTP and inbound SFTP.
- Hands-on experience in Monitoring tools like Dynatrace.
- Monitor Database/file upload issues and troubleshoot.
- Familiarity in troubleshooting reconciliation jobs and reports.
- Basic understanding of networking not at the CCNA level how should be knowing the OSI Model.
- Understanding basic Windows system administration, inclusive of knowing file naming conventions, determining file locks, as well as understanding of windows services and how to review permissions,
- Good understanding of schedular such as Titan or enterprise scheduler gem will be desired
- Monitoring and reporting on service level objectives for a given applications service.
- Operating with business and product owners to establish key performance indicators.
- Succeeded on Disaster Recovery and High Availability.
- Experience in Incident Management, Triaging and Application L2 support.
