Role: Production Support Engineer
Location: Bangalore (UB City)
Nature: Work from Office (5-Days working)
What are we looking for?
A System & Application support engineer with production support experience, handling an
ecosystem containing Mobileapp/Webapp with application layer/business logic/data hosted
in cloud infra. This role will provide Regular/advanced operations support, contribute to
existing system improvements, and work directly with enterprise customers to provide
excellent customer service.
The candidate,
Must have skills:
1. 3 To 7 years of experience in Level 2 Application (mobile & web) support
2. Knowledge on cloud monitoring tools such as AWS CloudWatch, Datadog , ELK
3. Debugging log analysis data validation skills to isolate issues
4. Knowledge of AWS Services
5. Hands on experience in Application monitoring, Incident management, SLAs &
Escalations
6. Proven experience in using any major ITSM tools (JIRA preferred)
7. Hands on experience with good command on Database (SQL & NO SQL ) handling
8. Good command in Microsoft Office suite
9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
10. Willing to work in rotational based 24X7 Shifts
Good to have skills:
1. Automotive Connected Car eco system knowledge
2. Experience in Change Management Process
3. Connected car feature understanding
4. QA Testing of Web or Mobile apps
What will be the roles and responsibilities?
1. Incident handling, Issue analysis, Investigate & Gather necessary data/insights
2. Incident escalation based on workflows
3. In case of priority incidents , bridge the calls with multiple stakeholders and ensure
resolution stakeholder is identified and assigned to incident
4. Monitoring Dashboard of cloud applications
5. Monitoring and acting based on the auto-alerts generated from system using
runbooks
6. Report creation and publishing to required stake holders
7. Coordinating with multiple stakeholders across different geographies to ensure the
ticket closure
8. Execute sanity check for the application (iOS, Android) as & when required
9. Responsible for maintaining the procedures/run books, workflows, work
instructions used by the ops team
10. Fulfil any ad-hoc data or report request queries from different functional groups
