Job Summary:

- We are seeking an experienced and innovative Content Curation Lead to spearhead our content strategy in the OTT space.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Curation and Strategy:

- Curate and manage a diverse library of content tailored to audience preferences and market trends.

- Define and implement content curation strategies to maximize user engagement and retention.

- Collaborate with the content acquisition team to identify and onboard compelling titles.

CMS Management:

- Oversee the end-to-end content lifecycle in the Content Management System (CMS), including uploading, tagging, categorizing, and updating metadata.

- Ensure the accuracy and consistency of content metadata to enhance discoverability.

Audience Engagement and Personalization:

- Analyze audience behavior and preferences to design personalized content recommendations.

- Work with data and analytics teams to optimize the content recommendation engine.

Collaboration:

- Partner with marketing, product, and design teams to highlight content through campaigns and platform UI/UX enhancements.

- Coordinate with regional content teams to cater to localized audience preferences.

Quality Assurance:

- Ensure all curated content meets platform quality standards and aligns with brand guidelines.

- Monitor live content to address any discrepancies or technical issues promptly.

Market Trends and Insights:

- Stay updated on OTT industry trends, emerging content formats, and audience demands.

- Provide strategic insights to improve content acquisition and curation processes. Required Skills and

Qualifications:

Experience and Domain Expertise:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in content curation or management in the OTT industry.

- Strong understanding of OTT content ecosystems, including licensing, metadata, and - localization.

- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CMS tools and platforms.

- Familiarity with metadata standards and taxonomy for OTT platforms.

- Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze data to drive content curation decisions and improve user engagement.

- Proactive approach to identifying content gaps and trends.

Collaboration and Communication:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Strong leadership skills to guide and mentor team members.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior experience with AI-driven content recommendations. Knowledge of SEO best practices for OTT platforms.
