HSO GS - Senior Project Manager

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Operations (FO) projects. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and leading crossfunctional teams. You will be responsible for driving the successful implementation, configuration, and integration of Dynamics 365 FO solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage multiple Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO projects from initiation to completion.
Collaborate with stakeholders, business leaders, and technical teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resources, and risk management strategies.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of project milestones, while maintaining quality standards.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating when necessary.
Provide leadership, guidance, and support to project teams, ensuring they are well-coordinated and motivated.
Coordinate with functional and technical teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of Dynamics 365 FO with other business systems.
Conduct project meetings, status reports, and presentations to communicate progress and key insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO features and updates to ensure best practices and innovation in project execution.
Provide post-implementation support and ensure successful transition to ongoing operations.

Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 8-10 years of project management experience, with at least 4-5 years of specific experience managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&
