We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Software Engineer.
In this role, you will:
- Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform using Kotlin.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Work with data sources and APIs.
- Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
- Testing automation using applicable tools
- Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Proven software development experience and Android skills development.
- Proven working experience in Android app development and have published at least one original Android app.
- Strong proficiency in Kotlin. Experience with Android SDK.
- Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON. Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
- Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies.
- Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle. BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject.
- Familiarity with modern Android development practices (e.g., Jetpack, MVVM, LiveData).
- Experience with Android composable. Understanding of Google s Android design principles and interface guidelines.
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
- Experience with continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD).
