The HR Operations Specialist is a vital role within the Human Resources team, responsible for managing a wide range of operational and administrative tasks to ensure seamless HR processes. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with experience in high-volume HR operations, a strong ability to manage transactional activities, and a focus on delivering excellent employee service within established SLAs. Working knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, data analytics, and HR automation initiatives will be highly valued.
CHALLENGE
Interview Coordination : Collaborate with hiring managers and candidates to schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth recruitment experience.
Candidate Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates, responding to queries, and ensuring a positive candidate journey.
Offer Management and Onboarding : Prepare offer contracts, manage pre-boarding activities, and handle logistics to facilitate seamless onboarding for new hires.
Employee Data Management : Accurately enter and maintain employee data in SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies.
Payroll and Benefits Support : Process payroll inputs for multiple countries, ensuring timely and accurate submissions in collaboration with payroll teams.
Employee Queries : Handle employee tickets and inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and systems, resolving them within SLAs.
Exit Management : Support the offboarding process, including exit preparations and final documentation.
Employee Referrals : Manage the referral program, ensuring smooth tracking and processing of referred candidates.
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) : Develop, update, and maintain HR operations SOPs to ensure consistency, compliance, and efficiency.
HR Data Analytics and Reporting : Support data-driven decision-making by preparing reports, analyzing trends, and identifying areas for improvement in HR operations.
HR Automation Initiatives : Contribute to HR technology and process automation projects, identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.

Experience : 3-5 years in HR operations or a similar role, with experience in high-volume transactional environments.
Technical Expertise : Working knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors or other HRIS systems is strongly preferred.

Process Management : Proven experience in managing SOPs, ticketing systems, and meeting service level agreements (SLAs).
