Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage charge entry, demo charges, and quality control processes to ensure accurate medical billing.
  
• Conduct quality audits and analysis to identify areas for improvement in revenue cycle management.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for medical billing and coding.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues related to charge posting, denials, and patient statements.
  
• Perform quality control checks on all aspects of the revenue cycle process.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-7 years of experience in Charge Entry, Medical Billing, or Quality Control roles.
  
• Strong understanding of ICD-10-CM/PCS, CPT codes, HCPCS Level II codes, and anatomy/physiology.
  
• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems such as Epic Systems or similar platforms.
