1. Role:
The HR Operations Specialist is tasked with managing HR dashboards, generating reports, and
supporting internal HR audits to ensure adherence to policies and legal standards. The role also
involves coordinating employee wellbeing initiatives and gathering feedback to drive continuous
improvement. Strong analytical, compliance, and collaboration skills are crucial for success in this
position.
2. Responsibility:
HR MIS Management & Reporting:
• Maintain HR dashboards, reports, and analytics.
• Generate and distribute regular and adhoc HR reports for leadership and management,
ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.
HR Audit Support:
• Assist in the execution of internal HR audits to ensure adherence to company policies,
procedures, and legal requirements.
• Review and assess HR documentation, processes, and records for compliance with applicable
laws and best practices.
• Collaborate with the P&R team to address audit findings and implement corrective actions
where necessary.
• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of HR-related legal requirements and best practices for
audit purposes.
Collaboration with Workforce Administration Support (WFS) Team:
• Work closely with the WFS team to streamline HR processes and ensure consistent delivery
of HR services to employees.
• Coordinate with WFS for efficient resolution of HR queries related to payroll, benefits,
employee records, and other operational tasks.
Wellbeing Initiatives Support:
• Assist in the coordination, and execution of employee wellbeing programs, wellness
challenges, and various other wellbeing intiatives.
• Monitor the effectiveness of wellbeing initiatives and gather feedback to make
recommendations for improvements.
• Ensure that wellbeing programs are promoted effectively across the organization and align
with employee needs.
