Reports To: HR Manager / HR Director
Employment Type: full time

Required Qualifications:

• 3-4 years of experience in an HR role (preferably HR Generalist or HR Operations)
• Qualification: Masters degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information
• Hands on experience on MS office skills like Excel, PowerPoint, Word is a must
• Good to have a HR payroll exposure
• Open to support weekend drives and flexible with regards to timing

Some of the key responsibilities would be:

• Support the onboarding & Induction process for new employees, including preparing welcome materials, conducting orientation sessions on the day 1 and ensuring smooth integration into the company
• Maintain employee records, ensuring that all HR documentation is updated, accurate, and compliant company requirements.
• Assist with implementing employee engagement initiatives/ programs and organizing team-building activities to foster a positive work culture.
• Provide administrative support for payroll processing which includes working closely with the payroll team to ensure accuracy
