HR Officer (On 3rd Party Payroll)

Updating company databases by inputting new employee contact information and employment details.
Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and documentation.
Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and promptly.
Conduct exit interviews and assist with offboarding procedures.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
Screening potential employees' resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies.
Assisting the HR Colleagues wherever necessary.
Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates.
Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
Posting job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms.
Removing job advertisements from job boards and social media platforms once vacancies have been filled.
Produce and submit reports/Data preparation on general HR activity.
Your Qualifications.
MBA degree in Human Resource.
Proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
The trainee should possess good analytical skills and people skills as he/she would closely work with business.
Effective communication skills (written and verbal).
06 months -2 years of experience in a similar HR role.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Experience with HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
