5. Monitor the HRMS Data base

6. Employee Connect and grievance handling with all the levels

7. Monitoring the payroll process and compensatory Management.

8. Driving the corporate Initiatives

9. Closely monitor all the HR operations, and ensure to get the works done as per TAT

10. Knowledge on Performance management process

11. Good hands on experience in MS. Excel and presentations
