We are hiring for Assistant Manager - HR with 3+ Year(s) of experience for Okhla location.

What You'll Do:

• Assist in sourcing, interviewing, hiring candidates, and managing onboarding for new hires.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR queries and support in resolving grievances.
• Monitor and evaluate employee performance, supporting the performance review process.
• Manage HR operations, including employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll.
• Organize employee engagement activities, wellness programs, and team-building initiatives.
• Maintain employee records, manage HR reports, and ensure HR policies are followed.
• Support talent management strategies and employer branding to attract and retain top talent.
• Assist in organizing company-wide events, celebrations, and recognition programs.

What You'll Bring:

• 3+ years of experience in HR, preferably in event management or hospitality.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in HR software, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Team player with a positive, solutions-oriented attitude.
