HR Manager

Job description

• Get directions for the new positions, contribute actively in planning the recruitment cycle (IT & Non - IT) of such new requirements and implement them.
• Creating job descriptions for required manpower, advertising them to get best candidates and handling the employment process.
• Creating and managing schedules, meetings, interviews, and other HR activities
• Reviewing CVs, shortlisting candidates (via Naukri portal, Linkedin etc.) and managing the recruitment process.
• Generate offer letters, Appointment Letters, Designation Letter, Relieving Letter, etc.
• Create and maintain new hire and personnel files and enter them into Human Resources Information Systems.
• Conducting training sessions for old and new employees of the organization.
• Ensuring that the employees are satisfied with their role in the organization, the work environment.
• Maintaining records, attendance and data of each employee and providing them to the management team when required.
• Conducting exit interviews with outgoing employees.
• Handling employee grievances, if any and updating the employees with policies, compliances, and regulations.
• Provide payroll inputs such as attendance summary, leave summary, other deductions to payroll employee wise in specified format for processing payroll.
• Providing compliance inputs to specific department.

Required Candidate profile

• Having relevant experience of minimum 4 years.
• Should have basic knowledge regarding HR compliance (PF , ESIC etc.)
• Excellent communication skills.
• Superlative interpersonal and conflict-management abilities.
• Energetic with a can-do attitude.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Being a good judge of character and maintaining good relations with the HR team.
• Hands-on experience at MS Office and relevant HRMS programs

Note : Only females candidates are preferred.

Work time - 6 days & 2nd Saturday is off
