Responsibilities:
- Manage employee records, including onboarding, maintenance, and offboarding processes.
- Oversee HR databases and ensure accurate and timely updates.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Coordinate payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave policies, and retirement plans.
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure company policies comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
- Resolve workplace conflicts and provide guidance on disciplinary actions.
- Implement and maintain HR technologies, such as HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems).
- Analyze HR data to generate reports and insights for decision-making.
- Prepare compliance reports and ensure adherence to labor laws and company standards.
- Handle audits and inspections related to HR functions.
- Identify and implement improvements in HR workflows and operations.
- Support organizational change initiatives.
- Be proactive in identifying new candidates for new positions.
- Use different sourcing methodologies and tools to attract top talents.
- Research and analyse new recruiting techniques, tools, and sources.
- Job briefing and job advertisement posting by using different social media and network channels.
Qualification:
- Graduate / Postgraduate having specialisation in Human Resources.
Experience: 4+ years.
Office Location: Ghatkopar, Mumbai.
