Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and execute recruitment and selection processes.
- Organize and deliver new employee orientation programs to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Identify and address training and development needs for employee skill enhancement.
- Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies and procedures.
- Administer and ensure compliance with compensation and benefits policies aligned with company standards and regulations.
- Conduct benchmarking for compensation and benefits to remain competitive in the industry.
- Support and facilitate the annual salary review process.
- Implement and manage the performance management system to track and improve employee performance.
- Address and resolve employee complaints, grievances, and disputes in a professional manner.
- Oversee employee discipline processes and ensure adherence to company rules.
- Conduct exit interviews and use feedback to improve organizational processes.
- Maintain and regularly update the HRIS and employee database.
- Manage attendance tracking and payroll processing to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Plan and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and retention.
- Handle vendor management related to HR services and requirements.
- Stay updated on legal requirements and government reporting regulations related to HR functions.
