1. Ensure basic HR Hygiene and support IR team in compliance issues
2. Drive HR operations to ensure a seamless employee experience
3. Manage and monitor end to end employee lifecycle of the employees

5. Drive performance management and rewards for the employees
6. Carry out employee retention plan in the defined geography

internal talent identification
10. Visit Jio centers and Jio points to understand operation related
challenges and help with solutions
