Job Description:
1. Primarily responsible for financial accounting and reporting for RFPL ensuring compliance under group policies as well as Ind AS and any other Statutory
requirements. Must ensure Consolidation, Books Closure, Preparation of Board Formats and Reports. including validation of Subsidiary Financials from Consolidation point of view.
2. Ensuring Timely MIS at Group Level as part of Regular Financial Reporting including Quarterly Financial Reporting to Board of HoldCo.
3. Be an acttve Leader in establishing processes, in SAP, new accounting tools as required at various stages of Financial planning and analysis.
4. Be a member of internal projects, corporate taxation plannig, driving new autimation projects and leading restructuring projects. for businesses alongwith FSSC
5. To provide required peiodic updates to Management, designing of dashboards, and new age reporting tools
6. Financial Modeling and review, preparation and updation of Accounting and Commercial Policies at Group Level including SOPs
7. Maintain strong relationship with internal stake holders and ensure timely accurate reporting and ensuring Team work, coordinating with business functions on Strategic Plans - Stratlign and AOPs
8. Consolidation of Group Annual Plans and Budgets, ensure monthly updates on Budget vs Actuals on P&L. Balance Sheet and KPIs, including financial insights on GF Division
9. Ensuring continous monitoring of Group Function Overheads performance and timely Stratlign and AOPs for Group Function Budgets
10. Carry out benchrmarking and Implementing best practices by networking with internal Customers / other Peer Groups
11. Be a member of sub comittee of Finance Forum at Group Level
