HR Intern

We are seeking a motivated HR Intern to join our team and assist in various human resources activities. As an HR Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and other HR functions. Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Support HR team in conducting new hire orientations and onboarding activities.
3. Assist with employee relations activities, including responding to employee inquiries and resolving issues.
4. Assist in maintaining HR records and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
5. Support HR team in organizing training sessions and employee development programs.
6. Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed.
7. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive HR information.

Requirements:

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Strong interest in pursuing a career in human resources.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
5. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
7. Prior HR-related experience or internships is a plus but not required.
