Core Purpose of the Role:
The role is responsible for managing HR operations and compliance for the Hyderabad site, driving CSR initiatives, supporting audits, and overseeing employee programs. It aims to ensure legal compliance, enhance employee welfare and contribute to Syngene's organizational goals.
Role Accountabilities:
- Oversee statutory requirements and facilitate factory inspections.
- Support HR-related requirements for various audits, including ISO and IMS audits, for the site.
- Lead and drive the CSR agenda, focusing on skill development, mentoring and other key initiatives.
- Foster Syngene's presence in neighboring villages by driving community engagement initiatives.
- Drive and manage the HR-specific Business Continuity Plan (BCP) for the site.
- Actively participate in the Canteen Committee, Safety Committee, and serve as a Welfare Officer.
- Provide logistical and operational support for organizing centralized initiatives and L&D programs.
- Replicate corporate events and initiatives as required for the site.
- Lead site induction processes and manage various aspects of Employee Lifecycle Management.
- Oversee the operation and functionality of the Creche Facility.
- Coordinate and manage the Annual Health Checkup program for employees.
- Lead and monitor HR budgeting for the site.
