Key Responsibilities:

Implement human resources strategy and policy in support of Business Objectives.

• Recruit employees as and when required.
• Monitoring the coordination of monthly rewards and recognition activities.
• Monitor and control the BA (Business Associate) employees.
• Managing on a wide variety of personnel and human resource issues.
• Leading, directing, motivating, and developing the Human Resources Team to ensure that the right level of service and support is provided to the site operations.
• Co-ordinating the company's comprehensive training programs
• Regularly monitor HR expenditure and take the appropriate action to ensure that budgets are not exceeded
• Maintain and monitor the company's Personnel database and manage the employee payrolls.
• Advise management on issues of underperformance of staff at all levels.
• Ensure timely compliances for the unit.
• Ensure Recruitment & Selection Life Cycle within TAT.
• Administration Support for the Unit.
• Learning & Development Initiatives to achieve organizational Goal.
• Contract Labour Management & Employees Engagement Initiatives.
• Ensure proper HR Automation implementation & sustaining.
• Vendor management, planning and documentation for the Unit.
• Proper documentation internal and external audit for the Unit.

Qualifications:

MBA -HR / PGHDRM / MSW Or Any Graduate

Skills Required :- Knowledge of MS, Office , Darwin box ,HR Operations ,Payroll and statutory Compliances management.
