Eucloid - HR Generalist (5-9 yrs)

Job description:

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to help define, implement and enhance the core DNA of Eucloid. Eucloid is on its path to become a world-class consulting org and the candidate will help implement best practices for a great employee experience, world-class performance management and improve upon the L&D culture. The candidate is expected to lead following work-streams:

- Provide high-quality advice and set strategic direction to Eucloid leadership team for creating an exception employee experience

- Define and implement leading edge performance management programs including guidelines for career progression, setting up process and framework for performance reviews. This also includes providing guidance on relevant tools/platforms that should be used.

- Define and implement programs for employee feedback and getting pulse of the organization for ongoing improvements

- Help us scale our existing recruitment engine to next level to meet growing demand. If required, person should be able to run this engine too.

- Identify learning and development needs of the organization. Setup programs, identify & partner with coaches/institutions to support these learning needs.

- Provide coaching and mentorship to first-time people managers so that they can lead/manage teams effectively

- Provide guidance to the management and leadership teams to help improve the employee experience

Ideal candidate will have following Background and Skills:

Background & Skills:

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline

- 5+ years' experience in HR. Experience in leading HR functions with high growth startups is desirable but not mandatory

- Sound understanding of HR best practices and contexts in which these are applicable

- Expertise in HR policies and procedures

Skills:

- Ability to handle ambiguity and fast-paced environment.

- Ability to formulate HR strategy & roadmap in consultations with wider Eucloid team.

- Sound judgment and problem-solving skills

- Customer-focused attitude, with high level of professionalism and discretion

- Excellent communication skills

- Highly adaptable to change and an excellent team player with the ability to influence and negotiate
