HR Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Summary:
We are seeking an efficient and detail-oriented HR & MIS Executive to manage human resource data, generate reports, and maintain accurate HR records. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Excel, data analysis, and a keen understanding of HR processes to support organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• HR Data Management:
• Collect and maintain employee records, headcount and other HR related metrics for different SPVs.
• Manage the employee database master with regular updation of employee personal and professional data.
• Create and maintain HR dashboards and automated reports using Excel.
• Ensure the accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance of all HR data.
• MIS (Management Information System) Reporting:
• Prepare and analyze HR-related MIS reports such as time to hire, cost per hire, employee turnover, overtime expenses and other key HR metrics.
• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual HR reports for management review.
• Analyze HR data trends to provide insights for decision-making.
• Payroll Support:
• Input and update employee payroll data in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and other relevant software. This includes personal information, pay rates, banking details, and other payroll-related info.
• Perform data validation and audits to ensure accuracy.

• Technical Skills:
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
• Experience with HRMS (Human Resource Management Systems) is an advantage.
• Knowledge of HR processes and data privacy standards.

• Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Analytical Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze data and trends.
