Business HR (Executive-HR)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complete employee life cycle from on-boarding to off-boarding

• Coordinate with functional managers to identify staffing needs

• Source potential candidates through different channels

• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews

• Prepare Payroll inputs on monthly basis

• Responsible for maintaining different registers as per statutory compliance

• Ensure compliance of Audit points and execution as per set norms

• Able to provide support to employees in various HR related support such as attendance/ leaves application through biometric system etc.

• Responsible for providing complete support of data to the HR SPOC

• Employee Engagement on Monthly Basis and taking new initiatives to enhance employee engagement

• Co-coordinating with internal and external vendors for all administration requirements

• Ensure timely update Employees data in HRIS & KRONOS system

• Support in completion of planned training & development activities for cinema location

• Executing best HR practices in Cinemas
