Planning and forming employee benefits package

Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Selection:
Source and screen candidates through various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, employee referrals)
Conduct initial phone screens and schedule interviews
Assist in the onboarding process of new hires
Employee Relations:
Address employee concerns and grievances
Maintain employee morale and engagement
Assist in the development and implementation of employee policies
HR Administration:
Maintain employee records and personnel files
Process payroll and benefits
Coordinate employee training and development programs.
