Job Responsibilities:
Ability to handle end to end recruitment cycle effectively.
Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks. Screen resumes, conduct phone screenings, and evaluate candidates' qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit.
Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system. Update candidate information, track interview feedback, and document recruitment activities.
Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
Maintain Attendance and Leave data of all employees on daily basis
