Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. There's nothing to like about company. You will learn from the company but 1 year is enough but they signed for a bond of 3 years which is useless

Dislikes

They want employee to sign a 3 years bond in which there's no salary growth no increment and there's no such thing like promotion .

Dislikes

1. Low salary & incentives 2. They require you to sign a Bond & contract that you can't leave before 4 years. 3. They collect 2-4 blank cheques from new joiners(in case employee quits before 4 years they will sue or deduct 24 months salary)
