Role & responsibilities
Description of duties & activities
Payroll operation:
Preparation of manual Payroll input for hourly unionized employees for exit and regular employees on monthly basis.
Retirals:
Work closely with the Statutory consultant for monthly PF challans, ESIC challans, addition/deletion activity for gratuity & Superannuation Fund with LIC, Gratuity and Superannuation renewals, Gratuity and Superannuation claims settlement for exit cases with LIC, onboarding of new policy of Gratuity for SSC Pune/Mohali, Gratuity transfer activity for Shared service center. Statutory audit support
Payroll operations:
Independently Payroll processing for Third Party Aggregator for NAPS (National Apprentices Promotion Scheme) and Team lease (For the entire process cycle - Right from providing attendance input to invoice clearance for vendor for salary payment release). Tracking and Processing vendor's invoice for the timely payment to the associates
Time and attendance:
Grievance handling of Time and attendance related concerns for Copeland Mfg employees.
MIS :
Maintain monthly MIS and share with stakeholders
Preferred candidate profile
Education and Professional Qualifications:
Graduation in B. Com(HR)/BBA(HR), MBA HR with minimal 4 to 6 years of handling payroll experience & statutory compliance.
Requirements and Attributes:
Knowledge of Statutory compliances like Provident fund, Gratuity, ESIC, LWF, Superannuation fund & NPS. Proficiency in MS excel, Workday knowledge will be an added advantage, proficiency in local language. Female candidate preferred.
