Hr Executive And Generalist

Responsibilities:

• Manage the office process from recruitment, interviewing to new joining formalities.
• Preparation of Offer / Appointment letters, Salary break-up, and other official letters as well as explaining the same to employees.
• Presenting Induction / Orientation / Data Security, POSH and other official policies to employees.
• Maintain monthly Payroll and leaves records through attendance system KEKA.
• Processing PF and Gratuity and other legal and labour compliances (With help from Consultants).
• Help in formulating and implementing of increment, incentive and other remuneration policies including Reward and Recognition programs, get together and outings to boost employees morale.
• Interacting with employees and conducting grievance resolution meetings as and when necessary.
• Conducting Exit Interviews and preparing the exit interview reports for management analysis.
• Capable of independently talking to Engineering Colleges all over India to fix up Campus Placements.

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to converse their thoughts and improvement programs with C-Levels.
• Presentable and well-dressed female candidates with empathy towards the employees as well as the business.

Non-Negotiables:

• Proficiency in 360-degree Recruitment & experience using platforms like Naukri etc.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and telephone manners.
• Atleast 2 years of experience in the above as an HR in a 50+ people company.
