HR Coordinator

Education Qualification: Graduation in Business Administration or relevant field; additional education in Human Resource Management will be a plus

Experience: 1-5 years of experience in HR field

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and distribute HR and Employee related letters
• Maintain records of personnel-related in both paper and the database and
• Respond to internal queries related to statutory compliances related inquiries and provide assistance.
• Provide support in new joiner onboarding process

Skills Required:

• Knowledge of human resource processes
• Sound knowledge of MS Office particularly MS excel, word and power point
• Attention to detail
• Ability to handle data with confidentiality
• Good organizational and time management skills
