Description:

Position Overview:

The Program Manager Reconciliation Support will play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations of BharatPe's payment and reconciliation products within Unity Bank. This role involves using data analysis to support the reconciliation team, proactively identify discrepancies, resolve issues on the product level, and optimize reconciliation processes for accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis for Reconciliation Support:

- Analyze large datasets related to IMPS, UPI, and NEFT transactions to support the reconciliation team in identifying discrepancies.

- Provide actionable insights based on data patterns to ensure alignment between BharatPe's payment stack and Unity Bank's records.

Product-Level Troubleshooting and Support:

- Collaborate with Unity Bank and BharatPe's reconciliation and operations teams to resolve issues arising from payment discrepancies on a product level.

- Utilize analytical skills to identify root causes of discrepancies, suggest product adjustments, and work with product teams to implement improvements.

Compliance and Documentation:

- Assist in preparing reconciliation reports for both internal and external audits.

- Maintain documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, including NPCI and RBI requirements.

Stakeholder Coordination:

- Act as a liaison between product, operations, and reconciliation teams to facilitate smooth communication and quick resolution of product-related reconciliation issues.

- Engage with stakeholders across Unity Bank and BharatPe to align on product updates and ensure seamless reconciliation operations.

Control Account Monitoring:

- Regularly monitor control accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness in all records.

- Identify and report discrepancies promptly, working closely with control account teams to mitigate errors at the product level.

Impact :

Assist in facilitating the reconciliation of accounts related to Bharatpe's payment stack. The person will play a crucial role in facilitating the smooth reconciliations of accounts of Unity and Bharatpe on the dedicated Payment stack. He will coordinate with various stakeholders, including the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI), the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), and Bharatpe itself and will also oversee the reconciliation of control accounts maintained at Bharatpe to ensure consistency and accuracy.

Qualification & Experience (type & industry):

- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.

- Knowledge of payment systems and regulations, including IMPS, UPI, and NEFT.

- 3-5 years of experience

Skills & know-how:


- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams.

- Proficiency in using financial software and tools.
