Partners with business units/divisions in delivering Corporate and Divisional HR policies and programs.

Partner with the business to ensure a complete understanding of business needs and objectives and resolves HR issues. Work on employee relations issues and conduct investigations in support of corporate ethics and values. Ensures accurate processing of information in HRIS systems. Properly manages and maintains employment records and the processing of employee information. Understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity and development of HR within the company. Partner with the HR team on special projects. Create & provide reports on various aspects of HR. Assist in the development of collateral material for HR initiatives. May perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities 

Partner with the business to ensure a complete understanding of business needs and objectives and resolves HR issues. Partner with the HR team on special projects. Create & provide reports on various aspects of HR. Assist in the development of collateral material for HR initiatives. May perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirement
Engage actively with the business leaders/managers to stay abreast of happenings within the business
Guide and support the front line managers (FLM) in managing the complete employee life cycle with respect
to Oracles Values, policies and practices
Support the delivery of HR Policies/Practices/ initiatives for the Business unit.
Build strong relationship with employees through regular connects & engagement programs. Share the
required inputs with the business stakeholders as appropriate
Collaborate with various internal teams within HR to provide right and timely support to the business
managers/ employees
Presentation skills to deliver sessions on onboarding, goal management, career development etc.
PMS- Employee and Manager orientation, system reports and analysis, management of PEP/PIP etc
Contribute actively to building / implementing HR intervention programs for LoBs
