Job Overview:

- We are a pioneering brand in lab-grown diamond jewellery seeking an experienced Head Retail Ops.

- To grow and lead the offline retail network of and create a national footprint.

- To identify new store locations, do negotiations and close properties.

- To set retail SOPs for jewellery that are appropriate for category as well as in line with brand position.

- To be responsible for sales target achievement.

- To lead L & D for the retail store teams. Ensure attrition levels in keeping with company norm.

- To track store experience ratings by customers in keeping with company expectations.

- To ensure store EBITDA as per company norms; and city profitability as per company expectations.

Founded in 2023, we are a Bengaluru-based brand which specializes in lab-grown diamond jewellery, offering pieces in white, rose, yellow gold, and platinum. We operate through our website and have physical stores in Bengaluru

Employee Strength:

62 current, will be scaling upto about 100 by March 2025
