HRBP - Sales/ Learning & Development/Organizational Development/ Transformational Projects

Location: Bangalore

Experience Level: 8-12 years

Role Purpose :

In this role, you would be supporting four critical functions within our customer-facing operations:

India Sales, International Operations, Marketing and co'scapital etc. This role will also oversee HR business partnership and learning, development, and organizational development (OD) needs for these functions. In this role, you would manage a team of 4-5 HRBP and Learning & Development specialists, providing them with guidance and strategic direction to support the overall growth, engagement, and capability-building objectives of the organization.

Travel Requirement: Extensive travel across India and International locations

Mandatory Expertise :

- Minimum 3 years of experience in team management and in HR Business Partnering, Learning & Development, and/or Organizational Development, preferably from FMCG/ Product sales environment who understands Sales life cycle.

- Should come from a background of managing Sales teams as an HR partner.

- Strong experience in handling the entire lifecycle of employees.

- Experience in spearheading at least 2 -3 key transformational projects in L&D or Total

Rewards etc. for Sales teams.

- Expertise in learning and development strategy and program design, with a focus on

enhancing both technical and soft skills.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to influence and engage

stakeholders at all levels.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with strong problem-solving and

decision-making skills.
