Role & responsibilities

Business Direct Employee Expenses (DEE) & Annual Business Plan (ABP):

• Ensure overall headcount and DEE is within the approved ABP.
• Manpower Planning Lateral, Campus and Trainees

Talent Acquisition :

• Identify potential resources & ensure right talent is hired within TAT to ensure timely availability.
• Ensure JD / JE for all unique positions are available as per requirement to ensure role clarity

Talent Retention :

• Derive retention strategies and ensure identification & retention of High Performance & potential employees

Employee/Stakeholder Connect:

• Ensure regular employee connect within the business to address Employee Grievances on time.
• Regularly connect with the operations team to understand and resolve business/people related challenges.
• Implementation of need-based engagement initiatives.

Performance Management :

• Facilitating in KRA Setting / Mid-term review process and also validate the KRAs set by the employees as per the Corporate guidelines.
• Play a vital role in Annual review process by educating employees and their Managers to ensure process is effectively completed without any bias and the grievances, if any to be addressed.
• Play a moderator role in PMS Rating normalization process to meet the divisional bell curve
• Knowledge sharing in identifying the potential resource for Promotion recommendation.

Learning & Development :

• Coordinate in designing learning opportunities and implement in partnership with the Talent Management team.
• Identification of capability development needs for various Teams within the business
• Analysis of IDP & competency assessment.
• To ensure and monitor execution of programs as per the defined needs.
• Ensure implementation of charted out programs for Hi-Pos

MIS & Analytics (Reports) :

• Design and publish monthly dashboard to business / function
• Ensuring correct data is updated in the system w.r.t employees of the business for making relevant decisions
