Job Description
• Sourcing of Civil Engineers for Highway, Railway Water projects as per Clients (like NHAI,
MoRTH & PWD, RVNL, Jal Nigam, RUIDP etc) requirement using different search- techniques
viz. Job Portals, Head -Hunting, References etc.
• Accountable for the entire process of Recruitment and Selection.
• Ensuring complete documentation, maintaining HRIS data and personnel files of all
employees.
• Analyzing and planning the manpower ahead to cater the good people for our different
units/sites and departments, according to the organizational needs (both Technical & Non-
technical positions)
• Conduct phone screening of candidates to check their suitability & availability for the particular
requirement & ensure the timely scheduling of interviews by the schedulers.
• Experienced in managing and handling end-to-end recruitment for the project.
• Maintaining the database of resumes for future reference
• Preparing and sending the offer letters to the selected candidates along with all the policies.
• Pre-joining formalities.
• Updating employees time to time about the company policies and changes if there is any.
• Significantly manage all the major projects. Steered efforts for designing resumes. Deployment
of Site staff.
• Maintaining MIS to generate reports on recruitment. • Managing the database of the company.
