Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a dynamic team of Sourcing and Closing Sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Foster a high-performance culture within the team, encouraging continuous learning and development.
Sales Revenue Generation:
- Drive sales revenue through direct interaction with potential clients, channel partners, and third-party mandate firms.
- Identify and engage with high-potential channel partners, establishing long-term relationships to maximize sales opportunities.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Facilitate negotiations and closing processes, ensuring that client expectations are met or exceeded.
Sales Force and MIS Management:
- Oversee the maintenance of an effective MIS system using SalesForce to track and analyze sales performance.
- Regularly review sales reports and KPIs with the team and provide strategic insights to Top Management.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy within SalesForce for informed decision-making.
Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Contribute to the strategic planning of sales initiatives, aligning with the company's overall growth objectives.
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in sales processes.
Reporting and Communication:
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics, achievements, and areas for improvement
