Job Description

As an HR Admin, you will provide administrative support to the HR department in various key functions. Your responsibilities will include managing personnel records, updating HR databases, assisting with recruitment, answering employee queries, and helping organize employee onboarding and training activities. You will play an essential role in ensuring smooth HR operations and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:


As HR


  • Organize and Maintain Personnel Records: Compile, update, and maintain accurate company personnel records, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
  • HR Database Management: Regularly update HR databases with essential employee information such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, vacations, warnings, and days off.
  • Employee Support: Answer employee queries, provide requested information, and assist in addressing HR-related concerns.
  • Schedule Management: Maintain and coordinate HR schedules and calendar activities, including meetings, interviews, and HR events.
  • Answer Telephone Calls: Provide accurate and timely information over the phone regarding HR matters and other employee inquiries.
  • Report Creation: Assist in creating regular HR reports for senior management related to employee data, attendance, and other HR activities.
  • Onboarding & Orientation: Support in organizing and managing new employee orientation, onboarding, and training programs to ensure smooth integration into the company.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment and selection processes by coordinating interview schedules, screening resumes, and ensuring all necessary documentation is in place.
  • Social Media Handling the Social media by managing the company's online presence, promoting employer branding, and attracting talent through job postings and engagement.

  • Inventory: Track supplies and submit replenishment requests when needed.
  • Petty Cash: Use for small expenses only, with receipts. Reconcile funds monthly.
  • Maintenance: Ensure routine inspections and timely repairs of office facilities and equipment.
