Key Responsibilities

• Sales and Customer Relations
  
• Engage with B2B clients, including boutique owners, designers, and retailers, to understand their needs and recommend suitable fabrics.
• Cultivate long-term relationships to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
• Merchandising
  
• Coordinate with the merchandising team to curate fabric collections that align with market trends and customer preferences.
• Analyze fabric trends using tools like WGSN and participate in seasonal product development.
• Assist in product pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
• Order Management
  
• Handle customer inquiries regarding product availability, lead times, and customization options.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of sales orders, coordinating with operations and supply chain teams.
• Market Development
  
• Identify new market opportunities and potential clients to expand the business.
• Represent the company at trade shows and industry events, showcasing our extensive fabric collection.
• Inventory Management
  
• Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure fabric availability for ongoing and upcoming customer orders.
• Monitor slow-moving inventory and propose creative solutions to optimize sales.

Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors degree in Fashion/Textiles, Business, or a related field.
• Experience:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in fashion merchandising, textiles, or sales.
• Strong understanding of textiles, including fabrics, printing, and embroidery techniques.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Knowledge of design tools or software is a plus.
