We are hiring a Financial Analyst to support HP Service Supply Chain (SSC). In this dynamic and visible role, the analyst will act as a PS cost lead. The analyst will work with cross-functional stakeholders in Customer Support (CS), SSC Operations, and across all Regions. The role requires working with Business and Finance teams in both SSC and CS on projects to analyze and optimize our service driven spend. The ideal candidate will work independently through one s own initiative, will seek out opportunities to automateand will excel at working collaboratively with others in the organization. The Analyst will be integral to the success of SSC to meet it s financial goals while funding critical investment areas.
Responsibilities include:
Highlight trends in spend and analyze anomalies to identify root causes
Support critical financial planning process such as Month End Close, Flash, Budget and Quarter close.
Use standardized process and tools
Provide clear concise narration of exceptions / true ups
Develop and deliver Financial Modeling
Act as lead for E2E PS/Print Theatre financial discussions
Engage with Theater Logistics cost lead and ensure consistency
Maintain alignment with other theaters and Cost Category Analyst
Review theater driven costs and analyze anomalies to identify root causes
Reconcile invoices / partner cost against expectations and leading indicators
Proactively recognizes cost increases or missing charges and raises flag to operations and finance leads
Requirements:
