Job Description
Hotel Saffron Leaf is looking for FRONT OFFICE ASSISTANT to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.
- Greeting customers and clients as they enter the office and directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Answering incoming phone calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Managing the front desk, including accepting and directing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Assisting with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and preparing reports
- Maintaining a clean and organized front office area
- Performing general office tasks, such as photocopying, faxing, and ordering supplies
- Providing support to other departments as needed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and clients
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
