Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee budget management and cost control measures to maintain profitability.
  
• Manage daily hotel operations to ensure seamless guest experience, including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance, and security.
  
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  
• Foster strong relationships with guests through exceptional customer service.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Hotel Manager or similar role.
  
• BHM (Hotel Management) degree from an accredited institution.
  
• Proven track record of success in managing regular operations in a luxury or high-end hotel setting.
  
• Strong leadership skills with ability to manage large teams effectively.
