Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities, including corporate clients, travel agencies, and event organizers.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research to analyze industry trends and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and increase brand visibility.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance business prospects.
• Work closely with the hotel operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality/hotel industry.
• Strong knowledge of hotel sales and revenue management principles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Flexibility to travel and attend business meetings as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in handling sales for luxury or boutique hotels.
• Knowledge of the Rishikesh hospitality market and tourism industry.
