Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Test Engineer to join our quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks for UI, API, and performance testing.

The role requires a deep understanding of software testing methodologies, automation tools, and performance benchmarking to ensure the highest level of software quality.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for UI, API, and performance testing.

- Develop and execute automated test scripts using industry-standard automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, JMeter, Postman, etc.).

- Ensure seamless integration of automated tests within CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps).

- Collaborate with development teams to understand application functionality and define test automation strategies.

- Identify, document, and track software defects, working closely with development teams to resolve issues.

- Conduct performance testing, analyze system performance, and provide optimization recommendations.

- Implement best practices in test automation and maintain high-quality test scripts.

- Work with Agile teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software releases.

- Continuously research and implement new automation tools and technologies to improve efficiency.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 10+ years of experience in test automation for UI, API, and performance testing.

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#.

- Strong experience with test automation frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, TestNG, JUnit, RestAssured, Postman, or similar.

- Hands-on experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter, Gatling, or LoadRunner.

- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).

- Experience with cloud-based testing solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Experience in FinTech Domain.

Preferred Qualifications :

- ISTQB or equivalent testing certification.

- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Knowledge of security testing principles and tools.

- Exposure to AI-driven test automation frameworks.
